The SmartCut intelligent bevel cutting workstation leverages MinYue's years of expertise in CAD/CAM, robotics, 3D vision, and artificial intelligence. Built upon MinYue’s self-developed intelligent decision-making system RobotSmart and 3D vision sensors, it introduces a model-driven and vision sensor-based teach-less automatic programming method, enabling autonomous robotic cutting. This technology addresses various issues in traditional industrial robot bevel cutting. The complete system consists of an industrial robotic arm, binocular structured light vision sensors, an industrial controller (integrated with RobotSmart intelligent cutting software), and cutting accessories.

SmartVison series products are binocular structured light vision sensors developed by Minyue Technology for industrial robot welding and cutting applications. There are two models general SmartVison WR and high precision SmartVision HA depend on accuracy and range.
Large view 3D vision camera using line laser assisted positioning, through the binocular stereo vision system to obtain the object three-dimensional spatial coordinates。
High-precision 3D scanning of object contours than reverse modeling .and compare it to a standardized 3D model,Realization of positioning, defect detection, dimensional measurement, object gripping and other functional applications.
It has outstanding advantages in rapid detection of high-speed motion scenes, anti-glare, anti-reflection, indoor and outdoor scene applications.
