If a product is maintained under the specified service conditions and a part fails or is damaged due to a defect or disqualification in product design, manufacture, assembly, or materials within the specified time, MINYUE will provide new parts free of charge for user replacement.

If the product is not used in accordance with the specified conditions or is outside the warranty period, Boleo will not provide warranty service.

During the warranty period stipulated by the Company, if the equipment is faulty or damaged due to design, manufacture, assembly, or material quality, the Company will provide new parts but shall not bear any other liability for any related indirect loss.
WARRANTY PERIOD REGULATIONS
The warranty period for excavator products starts from the date of shipment (bill of lading date), and the warranty period for each component is described in detail in the following sections of this warranty manual.
NO WARRANTY SERVICE CATEGORY
If the relevant information of damaged parts cannot be provided as required, no compensation shall be given.
If the equipment is disassembled, repaired, or modified (any part is not in compliance with the factory standard is identified as modification, such as privately installed sapre parts, privately modified accessories, etc.) without written approval from MINYUE, thus affecting the performance and use of the equipment, the entire machine will be out of warranty.
Damage caused by natural disaster or force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, snow disaster, typhoon, collapse, and war) will result in the entire machine being out of warranty.
